we've been going there for about 20 years. they are like family and have seen us through the happiest and saddest times.
Very caring and engaged staff, from the assistants to the vets. They care about the welfare of our pups.
the receptionist is the worst I have ever had to deal with. the one with the fake tan and the glasses and the horrible dye job. looks about 50 but thinks she looks 30. she loves to say no. she cares nothing for the patient. she is definatly in the wrong job. horrible customer service in a position where compassion is essential. I will make sure to pass this on to all friends and family.
Called first thing in the morning for a wound my pup needed checked out. Got us in same day. The gentleman we saw today was excellent. He was very kind and patient with my Addie. He was thorough and got us in and out in a timely manner. Thank you guys for taking care of my girl ��
This great place helped us out when we were visiting from NJ. They were able to fill a prescription for us and saved our trip. Thank you so much for your kindness and service!
Cannot praise them enough for the care they gave to our little guy and always got back to us immediately. The class and dignity they showed to us when he died was miles above what we could have expected. Great, thoughtful, caring people who I will forever appreciate.
We had had some issues with them in the past, but we dealt with it. This time we scheduled a 4:00 appt. on a Friday to check the dog for an ear infection. Got enough time off from work to get the dog and make it there. The day before, just before closing, they called to verify a 3:45 appt. We obviously couldn’t make that. We called to check on it and, after waiting on hold, they pretty much told us come in then, or Saturday morning at 8:30 (which would’ve been reasonable if that was what we were told originally). Our Brady just had minor surgery yesterday on his ear by Dr. Bryant. He did a great job! We tried another vet first and had a bad feeling so we switched and are so glad we did. We saw Dr. Bontai and she was so informative and patient. We felt very comfortable with the entire process and the staff is also great. Thanks for taking such good care of our pup!
