We were very impressed with this tree company. They did an efficient and professional job in taking down several trees in our back yard (Hurricane Irma helped.) Many thanks!
Very poor experience with this tree comp. I made an appointment a week before and they never showed up. When I called to find out why I was told that they would be there in an hour and a half and again never called and never showed up. Communication and customer service is nonexistent.
They did a great job removing a large fallen tree but how about my large stump? I received an estimate on it because it is complicated and agreed to the price. I have yet to receive a call back! I called three times and receive the same response "***will call you this week, next week........" two months after the stump estimate still no call. I can tell after 3 of my phone calls I was annoying the office staff-oh well. Don't promise a call when customer service should come first. I will not call again! Poor customer service.... read more
2 huge trees fell on our house during Hurricane Matthew. Winthrop came out and took them out on Tuesday after the hurricane. They had a crane and had the tree over and off our roof making it safe for us to return home. Luckily no holes were in the roof! The Winthrop crew was AWESOME!!! They charged considerably less than other estimates we'd gotten. We had been told by others it may be days and possibly weeks before they could get to us. Winthrop is the BEST! THANK YOU!! They will forever be #1 on my list!!!
A tree fell on our house during hurricane Matthew, and they had it cleared out within a day--they brought a crane and two huge trucks and still charged us less than the other companies. I'm now a huge fan.
