I have lived here for several years and have truly enjoyed the experience. Mrs. Pam in the office has been exceptionally helpful whenever issues arise, she is consistently kind, responsive, and thorough in resolving any problem that arises, for which I am very grateful. The maintenance team is prompt, professional, and performs repairs pretty quickly. Recently moved back to Ohio and had to grind a little bit to get my own place. Was encouraged to check out Winthrop Terrace. I am GLAD I did! Easy application, once accepted Pam had me lined up for an apartment to move in 3 weeks later. The move in process was straight forward and easy to navigate. Pam was incredibly efficient and professional! There's always bumps in the road when renting, but Pam has been very considerate and explanatory whenever I have questions or need assistance. Good service with fair accommodations!
Our application process was a breeze. Pam had everything organized for us which made the move in process easy and non stressful!
My boyfriend and I were apartment searching for awhile before finding this gem of a place. I read the reviews way before moving in to find out this was the perfect place for me and him.
