I lived here once before and decided to move back and I felt extremely welcome and Pam and the new maintenance man did an amazing job. Pam worked hard to get me moved in and was extremely proactive and worked with me every step of the way. I am excited to be back home and love the security changes that have been made. Thank you for all your continued hard work in making my home a safe clean place.
Pam, in the leasing office, has been extremely professional in seeing that my time at WTA is a pleasure. Mark came to my unit today to take care of an issue I had with my door lock. I couldn't be more pleased with the result.

If you decide to live here… good luck! Besides all the issues I won’t waste my breath with (and the fact we lived there a little over a year, started with rent at $895 for a 2BR 1 bath — was up to almost $1300 if we decided to sign another lease, again not even 2 years later), not only did they KEEP our $300 deposit but then BILLED us like $600 after the fact! Besides shampooing the carpets (and the broken blinds of course - they were so cheap and most of them broke shortly after we moved in), we left that apartment SPOTLESS... read more
