Maintenance is amazing ! do a wonderful job maintaining the apartments. Whenever we had an issue it was fixed /resolved asap.thank you Pam and your team really appreciate
Hello I have had 2 of the best days working with Pam.She is exceptionally talented and knows how to talk with people.I don’t know how I would have done this.I can’t wait to meet her in person and look forward to living at Winthrop Terrace.
Pam is so welcoming and willing to listen to your concerns. Very responsive. The maint team is very quick to address your issues. I just renewed my lease for year 3. Pam did a great job with the leasing aspect and making me feel welcome. If I walk into the office and someone is in there she introduces me. She makes me feel like I made the correct choice and I just renewed my lease.
Pam and the maintenance staff have made sure to answer every call and address every concern! It is always a pleasure. We recently moved from a 1 bedroom into a 2 bedroom and the process was seamless. Pam was wonderful about keeping open communication throughout, and with the new electronic signature feature it was quicker than ever! Thanks a bunch!
Pam has been wonderful throughout the entire process, from application to move in! She even checked in to make sure everything was working well in the new apartment!
