The receptionist needs to be fired IMMEDIATELY. The attitude she just gave me on the phone was aboslutely insane. I needed to get an inhaler refill and had an appointment but unforturntly could not go in because of a fever. I usually don’t do this but I am disgusted. Receptionist was extremely rude and threatening to not refill my inhaler prescription and told me find somewhere else. I wasn’t able to commit to making an appointment due to waiting for my work schedule and wanted to make it easier and call when I know I can defiantly come in but she could not understand that.
