My appointment for April 9th was scheduled a month ago, on March 10th. This morning, the office canceled it due to a doctor’s emergency call, which I understand. However, when I called to reschedule, the next available appointment was May 16th. If the office cannot accommodate both the doctor’s emergencies and patients’ urgent needs, it may be time to reassess their infrastructure and improve staff training to ensure better communication and service.

Receptionist extremely rude and aggressive towards me. Yelling and glaring at me for asking for help with the Kiosk on my first visit here. Receptionist continued to get up out of her seat and glared at me from across the room. no one should ever feel threatened for coming to the Doctors office. I'm only here because my child is sick and I was referred to the Dr. There are other offices.
