Floretta, the property manager, is a saint!
Being charged extra fees every month, for vacant electric. Even though we signed a lease to pay $120 up front every month to keep electric in the properties name. So not only am I paying $120 every month there expecting me to pay $290 in fees. Tried reaching out multiple times, via email and calls and no response. DONT LIVE HERE!
New management & maintenance people are great! Best we've had.
