HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!! I’m in healthcare and the way they run this office is unacceptable. Appointment was cancelled the morning off her appt and they stayed they’d schedule in Oct (2 months from now) I said absolutely not I’ve been waiting for months for todays appt. I’m appalled! Stay away! Patient care is non existent! You should be ashamed to be running an office for pediatrics! Had a 4 pm appointment with an on call doctor. Customers that came in after is we're served. We were told they're seeing other Drs but we're seen by the same person who me we saw coming out of the rooms. Front desk keeps telling you there's either one person ahead of you or you're next. We were finally parked in a room after waiting 1 hour.its 6 pm, Been here in the room still waiting and still being told you're next.
