RecommendedI referred my brother and he signed his lease and moving in soon! :) Maintenance is great. I cannot say MORE great things about Omar - he is AWESOME! I only have had minor issues and they were all taken care of quickly. Office staff is also very nice, easy to work with, good with communication. Always tries to help rather than dismiss any concerns. Would recommend Winthrop to anyone looking for apartments!
The Winthrop is a beautiful place to live in Towson. We are going on our third year and just transferred to a unit with more light, new view. Keshia and Asia, the property managers, are on top of everything and are always willing to go above and beyond. Residents events and small pop-up breakfast, chili cook offs, pizza night, are happening at least once a week. Car washing service, laundry service, free fitness classes!! This really is a great place to live.
