They were hired to rehab an investment property which I owned. They completed the project on time and within budget. They handled unforeseen problems efficiently and within budget. They picked out and suggested materials, color schemes, and design options. Their quality work allowed me to sell the property for an increased profit. The cost was very reasonable.

Winthorpe Design & Build, Inc. is in the final stages of remodeling our home. Some areas were completely remodeled and other areas partially remodeled. They have replaced hardwood floors, made one large bathroom into two smaller bathrooms, an office into an office/bedroom. A completely new kitchen, family room, a completely new master bathroom as well as changing our pools surrounding from a softscape to a hardscape with brick pavers. Wonderful job. Easy to work with. Easily adjusted to and even recommended positive changes. Work was completed on time and they didn't leave until the job was entirely finished. Very professional and respectful of my home. Winthorpe has done several jobs for us from small renovation work to a large addition in two different homes and each time the work was beautiful and there was not a lot of stress on my end. I never had a bad surprise from them. I would highly recommend them!

The team at Winthorpe Design & Build has helped me renovate my entire house over a period of three and a half years. With their help and Krag’s excellent design ideas, we came up with a creative plan for my home and broke it down into three phases. They worked with me through the entire project to help tweek and improve the overall project. We contracted with Winthorpe Design Build last year to design and build a master bedroom and bath addition. They came up with a creative design for our Cape that maximized the living space while keeping the project cost within our budget. We had access to the most current and efficient selections to trim out our addition.They were a pleasure to work with during the course of the project. I have worked with Winthrope Design and Build on 2 large renovations for my home. The first was a total remodel of a dated kitchen. A few months later we had them finish our basement into an exercise and media room. Dave Szeliga and his men arrived daily at the agreed upon time and were easy to have around.
