My boyfriend and I just moved in on July 1st. We haven't had any issues what so ever. Everyone is friendly the neighborhood is quiet and wonderful place for walks. Everyone in Ripon is just amazing and the rent is a great price. We just love our home, maintenance is on point and super friendly and the ladies in the office especially Amber are just fantastic!
