They are horrible landlords here, I stay in River's landing & my rent is the same as the new apartments down the street, by the way 3 months after living here, I've had to constantly battle mold from broken pipes that they will not admit to without even checking! If anyone knows legally what I can do please help! The complex also has a huge pest problem. Worst place I've ever lived in!
I live at The River Landing Apartments and I would say DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! they stole my money, lied about a NSF for late rent and told me to make better life choices because I accidently paid my rent twice! this place is a joke and you can find a lot cheaper in the area!!! I plan to move asap and never ever look back. ALSO, this place is GHETTO! cops every day, bugs, the walls are barely holding up and there are literally people who sleep on the floor in my parking lot every night outside peoples doors and no one does anyth... read more
