They quoted me a price and then they charged me another price for lawn care and I told them I no longer want their service and then they claimed they cut my grass again and charged me another price. I contacted the Better Business Bureau regarding their poor service and dishonesty. Then the owner sent me a threatening letter about taking a lien out on my home.
Completely unprofessional. Boss has no accountability and workers were in my driveway shouting white power and white supremacy. They also continued to waste time I was paying them to be there playing with equipment.
Completely unprofessional. Did a half ass job and then when I asked for it to be corrected since I paid for a complete job the owner screamed at me and told me it was my problem to fix. Do not use this company.
If I could give 0 stars, I would... Sadly, I have to give at least one. This company is an absolute rip off and does a horrible job. They never fixed my yard and wanted more money after that just to complete their first job. RIP OFF. Their customer service was very unprofessional and you can tell they just want your money. I have used Wintergreen for snow removal at two rental properties and also grass trimming. They are always friendly, helpful and fair in their prices. I definitely recommend Wintergreen. The owner answers the phone, remembers his customers and keeps track of work being done.
Just avoid at all cost. Horrible experience. Unprofessional & awful communication. We asked multiple times to simply be made aware of when they were planning to come on our property to work (we have dogs) and they kept showing up spontaneously with no apologies. When we asked to pay remaining balance and pause work we were met with passive aggressiveness and spontaneous new and high bills. Absolute waste of $445.00. Told the owner hope the $445 was put to good use. Stated that he was at the Seahawks game and was enjoying it. Karma is a bitch.
