I love my apartment here. My balcony backs up to a large yard with horses. It's far enough outside of town to avoid students, but still within a 5 minute drive of everything we love about Oxford. Tim is very quick to respond to maintenance requests, and the parking lot and common area flooring was recently redone. The coin laundry is quick and the area is usually pretty tidy. Dumpsters are emptied frequently. I'm halfway through my second year here and plan to stick around for at least one more.

Things have changed drastically mold in my ceiling for the ten months I lived here.Railing down stairs has be broken since April.Air conditioner leaked down all summer nobody came to fix it. Appliances weren’t clean upon moving in. Mold on baseboard below air conditioner from water running down the wall all summer.
I like living here it’s away from the college and somewhat country, very quiet nice clean apartments.
