The love and care shown to our fur babies is beyond compare. We recently lost our 15 year old and received a beautiful card in the mail. We couldn't imagine going to any other vet.
As a former Vet Tech I am extremely picky about who my kids (dogs) see. In the past I have had some places be very mill like and treat the pets as if they were just animals. I loved that both of the vets I have seen, yesterday Dr. Rice, both have treated Burnout and Patriot like they were apart of their family. My dog was take care of, not afraid, and was still happy when we left. I even had a follow up call today to check to see how his knee is doing today after his injury/visit yesterday. I am so thankful that winterfield found out what was wrong with my kitty. He had diahrrea with blood and I was told by banfield that he just had diarrhea. I went in right when they opened, without an appointment and was a new client. The front desk was amazing and Dr. White fit me into her schedule! Thank you so much for finding out what was wrong with Apollo. You will definitely be my go-to vet from now on!
I always get great service at Winterfield - from the time you walk in the door to the time you leave. My dogs don't hesitate to walk through the front door. That's always a good sign that you're at a great vet.
My experience in the office was stellar. However I have been plagued with 3 months of bills ever since, despite having paid in full at the time of my visit. I have provided proof of my payment in full yet this continues to remain unresolved and now no one is responding my inquiries. I am completely baffled by this.
The new vet exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!
