RecommendedWinterfield Veterinary Hospital went above and beyond for me when my dog swallowed a toy. They explained what the needed to do to help her and gave me an estimate of the cost. They also offered to spay her while she was under which ended up saving me $750 because she had an appointment for 2 weeks from now. They treated her and me SOO much better than any other vet I’ve ever been to and I will never bring any of my pets anywhere else.
The staff and veterinarians are always nice and knowledgeable. I tend to have lots of questions and I’m never disappointed in their directions/advice. Nice, clean atmosphere. I love the pet art throughout the office.
From the time I called to make an appt for my Gidget all the way through the drop off and pick up, the entire staff was absolutely the Best! Decided to make Winterfield my go to for all my dog's Grooming and Wellness needs.

Honestly, the experience here is more than amazing. It feels as though they have known you for years. The entire team are like family. They actually take their time to understand your needs and walk you through whatever concerns you have with care. Our baby Naia just had 4 puppies (minus the first baby that didn’t make it) and it’s thanks to them that we had a successful delivery. My dog Maggie had a special vet when we lived in New Kent. I did a lot of research before choosing Winterfield. I have not been disappointed.
Today was our first visit..... absolutely in love with the place everyone so friendly n professional, right from the front desk to the doctor......We are glad that we found Dr April Rice to take care of our bunny Snowball.....Snowball was so comfortable there!!!! Thank you all for making our first wellness visit so pleasant!!!!
