I went back and forth on making this review but talking to friends and family i feel i have to. I’ve been here before and the last time was great. I called yesterday at 4ish, maybe 4:30 and i was trying to make an appointment for today but i couldn’t get my words out, they insisted i come in (yesterday) the reason i was hesitant was because they close at 6. i didn’t want them to rush that’s exactly what happened. my hair was not properly parted or brushed out before starting the bleaching process it’s not exactly down the mi... read more

First appointment⚠️ You might like this place if you want basic stuff done and be clear with what you want every step of the way (not a guarantee they'll satisfy that) otherwise..like other low reviews, they don't do so well with communication. Team is sweet, quick workers, but 💸*They TRY to match the reference photo and disregard your wallet*💸 I believe that's the main issue several clients had when they claimed their stylist "did whatever they wanted" AAND it isn't even accurate enough to where you won't be mad that they... read more
