I was there yesterday I showed the lady a picture of how I wanted my hair to look. I realize it can’t be exactly the same, but the cut I received was terrible. The highlights are only on the top of my head. I wanted them on my whole head, it was nothing even comparable to what the photo look like was very disappointing,. I had a friend recommend this place and I’m so glad I went. Staff is so amazing, including the extra support pups. 10/10
I called the day or two before and was told to just walk-in don't need reservation. I went on Tuesday morning and they were very busy and told to be back in an hour. I returned in an hour and had to wait another hour. Very disappointed that my curls aren't curls but my hair sticks up unruly and No Curl!! I tip very generously but woke with an awful mess . Very disappointed 😞
3/1/26 updating my review to commend Dawn for refunding visit in Nov 2025 even though it was a different stylist who did the damage. Months later I’m still stunned (I’ve been regular for last 4 years for touch ups) Little baby hair everywhere from the breakage that day, all have dry ends that frizz, see last photo. Claudia got me in within the hour to do beautiful Dutch braids for a 2 week trip. She was incredibly friendly and kind and got it done very quickly. She did an amazing job. I was also greeted with adorable furry friends and had a great experience. Would love to come back!
