A team of four arrived with their own supplies and equipment, so I was optimistic. After they finished the upstairs, I was asked to walk through and let them know if I was satisfied. I was not, so I asked them to go back over a few areas. This made me optimistic that they were taking responsibility for the quality of their work at least. The ladies came with all their supplies and did a very thorough job. The house looks very clean. Will definitely call them back.
