Coming up on 5yrs- the roof has completed rotted and the front gutter is basically broken off. Getting them to do the work properly was an absolute nightmare. I had to literally go out with my moisture meter & argue with the contractor on the legal standards for moisture before replacement. Literally wouldn’t listen until I pulled the inspection report out and showed them the inspector had already flagged that plywood that they insisted was fine to lay shingles on. Their crew is definitely skilled and very good at what they do! Everyone at Winter is great to work with. We had a whole new re-roof and many repairs to be done and their prices were very reasonable and fair. Their bid was also the lowest to begin with. Would definitely recommend to anyone who’s needing a new roof or repairs!
