This man cares about one thing. MONEY. How much can you cross his palm with. I came to him many years ago in desperate need of help. My condition was so severe that I was on a liquid diet for 7 years and he would not help me. Instead his intrusive wife got in my face and told me to go somewhere else while Dr. Winter cowered in the corner of the room. Truly greedy and heartless people who think they are important and they are not.
