Management is dismissive and hard to reach when unexplained charges show up in the account. We were charged when changing roomates with no explanation and charged additional administrative fees that were not outlined anywhere in the lease. Beware of these tactics to over charge young college students. The living facility is nice, but they need to reward those who are loyal and pay on time with enough respect to not get the run around.
