This place has turned into a complete circus.. Poor communication and accountability from anyone. They are very dismissive and try to make everything a fine. I have never had problems until now. The payment process is a complete joke! They no longer accepts money orders but the online tool only works 50% of the time. You must pay 30.00 more to use a debit or credit card. had placed a work order over weekend. Monday morning Domoneek and jeremy came immediately due to us having leak. . they came in introduce them selves. they accessed problem. fixed it promptly. also cleaned up behind themselves. thank u guys for being so precise. 5 stars

Put in a work order , Domoneek came out to fix it and everything went great. He’s always so professional and informative.
Left my bathroom dirty, used my white towels to clean the water /debris up, fixture was crooked had to FIX MYSELF Also no urgency on leak on my window I now have photos of MOLD growing on the inside of the window I can only imagine what's behind the drywall. Came to clean my dryer vent, the real issue was the vent outside wasn't closing all the way FIXED MYSELF . I JUST HOPE NOTHING ELSE OCCURS
