Shoot!! NO stars For Terry Winter, she needs to retire. Sounds like she is drunk any time you talk to her. She gives endless empty promises, Trying to buy a house with her as a listing agent is like trying to win the Power Ball!
This lady is is extremely rude and would not trust her with assisting me in my real estate needs. Definitely going elsewhere. Would not recommend.

Extremely unethical towards our company. Sloppy handling of the listing of our home. We will never work with Terry Winter and Winter Realty again. Her health, persistent medical issues, and lack of concern, caused her to cancel several important open houses. In 45 days, she hosted ZERO showings of our home. Winter Realty, has been the best company I have worked with , they are very helpful, answering questions, and have lots of knowledge about the housing market, they are very willing to answer any question and help you to feel comfortable with your diction. terry was lots of fun when looking for a home , and made narrowing down the right home for my personal needs very easy. I would recommend them very highly to any one who is a first time Buyer or some one who needs help with the Right home for there personal needs.
