Ide give negative stars if I could. Went for laser facial.. an NP burnt me .. I went to maybe 5 different aestheticians afterward who said they should be ashamed of themselves as I went for follow up and they charged me (gave me discount) for a peel to try and erase their wrongdoing. Another said she never would have used laser in my skin. The owner thinks she is better than everyone. She is rude and condescending. After spending over $5,000 on treatment and not seeing any results they referred me to their surgeon.
This business is the epitome of lying and bad customer service. I went for years and NEVER reacted properly to Botox between my eyes. As soon as a different toxin was used, it worked. I spent thousands at this establishment. I asked for my money back for the services that I had paid for in advance. Once I said I wouldn't come back, they assessed me $50 without my permission to my credit card and are refunding less money than Is due to me. Winter Park Laser has been harrassing me with phone calls, emails, mailouts and have even scheduled appts for me without my permission.I've been telling them I no longer live in Orlando for over a year. I've written, called, returned mailings and sent emails. They refuse to stop the harassment. Do not interact with them ever!
RecommendedAbsolutely love this place! Gary does an amazing job and is so knowledgeable! All staff are always so kind and courteous when you call or come in. Everyone is always great about taking the time to speak with you about any questions or concerns you may have. Highly recommend them to everyone! :)

Winter Park Laser is amazing with an amazing staff, I always get the diamond glow facial that is amazing done by Shawna who is amazing and helped me get my skin back on track.

I love Winter Park Laser & Anti-aging Center! Katie is the best PA, Candace is the best aesthetician, and Jennifer’s the best RN. I have found out lately that most of these ladies are getting a higher education while working. Way to go ladies! All the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful! I also love the products they sell! Their facility is beautiful and relaxing. I highly recommend them!
