Darrell Absolutely the best in Florida. Linda and her staff are always courteous, even remember your name if you have used the diner a few times. The food is excellent and I have often used the diner to host visitors and business acquaintances where conversation is easy and not drowned out by background noise.
Perhaps the best in Central Florida Linda's Winter Park Diner may be the best of its kind in Orlando. It has smiling waitresses, great food, and it will not destroy your wallet. Portions are plentiful but not huge. Just right. Locals have long known about this place, so there are few tourists. The Best In Central Florida I have been eating here for the past 18 years. Linda's is still the classic diner. It may not be much to look at (some of it's charm) but the food is great, the service is outstanding and the prices are not out of this world. The only problem I ever have here is with the daily lunch specials (which are different everyday) and that is I never know which one to have! Linda and her girls do an excellent job!!
Cold food and bad service just like home Unless you are a regular dont bother going here. When I walked in I was given a dirty look from no less than 3 people one being my future waitress as if I shouldent be there. Once I sat down the waitress asked me what I would like to drink while helping someone else. I ordered chicken fried steak and a soda.
