I had a great experience having my teeth cleaned and Dr. Nguyen answered all my concerns and what would be the best route to take with my dental care. And the young lady did a great job cleaning my teeth.
I had my first appt for my temporaries today 1st appt of many and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The level of experience Dr.Wang brought was excellent. I do not like going to the dentist and haven't for years and I let my teeth go because of my fear. He was extremely knowledgeable gentle with a needle and drill. I was 100% satisfied with the customer service I received when I called this week. I called to defer my payment within hours of my deadline and I was accommodated quickly and my request was answered speedily. Thank you again!!
She was very proficient at her job, took care all my questions, made sure I was comfortable, and explained what I should do between this visit and next to keep my teeth in as good as shape as possible.
As a new patient needing help for a dental problem in a hurry, I walked into the office and within moments was seen by the front desk receptionist. She asked all of the needed questions and I was soon afterwards filling out all of the new patient forms because they just happened to have an opening for me!
