Dr Wong and his team are absolutely wonderful. The doctor is efficient and skillful. Helen, the dental hygienist was just excellent. She did a deep cleaning on my teeth but was so gentle I experienced no pain or soreness afterwards. The overall care is very advanced using up-to-date techniques and equipment. Pleasant atmosphere, friendly and courteous staff. Very clean, minimal waiting time.
Visit went without a hitch until I went to check out. It seemed to take an inordinate amount of time to get the next appointment scheduled, card run through, etc. (About 10-15 minutes.) The actual dental procedure was the best I've ever had. Helen has excellent "people" skills, and the lightest touch with the local anesthesia syringe. I broke a tooth that could not be saved. Dr. Nguyen did an excellent job of explaining the damage to the broken tooth and what my repair options were. She did my tooth extraction without causing me any pain and very minor discomfort. I hate dental work of any kind, much less a tooth extraction. Dr. Nguyen calmed me, assured me, and treated me gently! I would recommend her 100%!
Having visited Dr. Wang's office before, I knew that I would be well taken care of. The exam was very detailed and thorough. I know exactly what needs to be done. On the next visit, my teeth will be cleaned and an appointment will be made at that time for any further work to be done, Glad I made the choice to visit Dr. Wang and his professional staff for my dental work !!
Helen is an expert in her field as a hygienist; personable, efficient, perfectionist, proficient technique. The entire staff is full of smiles and is warm to greet the patients. I drive over an hour for my dental cleanings and will never regret the distance. Thank you!
The best dentist!
As a new patient, I was "nervous" but was quickly aware that I was in the right place. Dr. Wang's assistant was great and very caring. Dr. Wang was very thorough and very friendly. All of the staff really demonstrated "customer satisfaction". I was very impressed with the overall experience.
