Going to the dentist is not what I want to do but everybody is so nice I really don't mind it. They are all so sweet.
Dr. Wang is exceptional at what he does. His chair side manner is one all medical professionals should aspire to. He holds his staff members to high standards and you feel it the minute you enter the door. This dental practice offers a soothing atmosphere, where EVERY staff member treats you courteously and with a smile. I am extremely satisfied at every visit. This was my third visit to Dr. Wang's office and I have been more than satisfied with Dr. Wang and his staff.
I am a relatively new patient at this practice, however I have experience with maybe 10 dental practices or more in my lifetime. The dental care I received here from Sara my hygienist was excellent. She took her time and did a very thorough job. I've had dental cleanings that lasted ten minutes or less but that was not the case here. Dr. Wong is congenial and honest about his practice and what work you may need. I feel confident and relaxed that I;m getting the best dental care.
I had lost half my front tooth it was broke. The team at winter haven dental associates were able to get me in the next morning and i left with a temporary tooth . but able to smile again thanksto you all
Very thorough and patient with me. Mouth & teeth feel clean. Friendly personnel.
The staff was very helpful and nice. Dr. Wang was great with my daughter and explaining to her exactly how she needed to brush her teeth.
I was in a lot of pain, and I knew which tooth it was. So the lady only took an xray of that area, although I had explained my whole mouth and jaw area was hurting. Overall, that was the only disappointing part of the visit. The staff is excellent for people going to be all up in your grill literally. You understand our doctors philosophy perfectly.......they are motivated to help patients save their teeth and get their oral hygiene back to a healthy state and maintain it. Preventing future issues is much less expensive. That's our goal, educating and helping our patients.
As always, all services were professional and staff was personable and concerned about my comfort and satisfaction. It is a truly wonderful dental office and I highly recommend Dr. Wang and all the staff.
