DO NOT LIVE HERE If there are any reviews about Winter Haven (now called UNIVERSITY TOWERS) that are good than I guarantee it was the University Towers that put it up here themselves not anyone that has lived there. Do not live in the apartment complex. It will be the worst decision of your life. The apt's are nice and big but the management is a nightmare.
