Ran into staff out with clients at the Barnum parade. My 4 year old child with disabilities looked over while the clients were getting settled next to us and within 5 seconds the female rudely said to my child “it’s not polite to stare at people in wheelchairs.” My child looked at the folks without disabilities on the opposite side of us the exact same when they sat down.
