Mr Chase working the counter was super nice and made me feel welcomed to do business at the store. Better price on a Rinnai tankless water heater than the big box stores and had a few good chuckles with the guys while I was there. Would def go back.
Do not waste your time! I purchased a bladder tank paid cash$$$. Had a change of plans need to get a bigger size or refund. They did not want to give refund and acted as if the cash could not be put towards the new tank🤔🧐 Got them to put it towards the new tank finally. Do not use cash for payment if going here! I will only go here again if it's my last resort!
