Heidi and Dr. Cope were excellent! Both shared important eye health information not given to me by previous cataract surgeon.
My experience at the Eye Institute in St Petersburg was disappointing. Both visits had extraordinary wait times just to get into the exam room and then another extraordinary wait for the examination. Then another wait for the doctor to come in, by that time he is so rushed and takes no time to explain the diagnosis. The tech who does the actual exam lectures endlessly about never letting your dog on your bed, even after you explain you do not do so.
