RecommendedI lived here from 2014-2019 and I could not have found a better home for myself anywhere else downtown. I had an apartment in Phase 1 and Phase 2 during that time. Phase 2 obviously has the train to contend with, but they make it painfully obvious before you move in that there is no schedule to it (and I actually really enjoyed it for some odd reason). I love living at the Winston Factory Lofts. The staff is super helpful; whenever I need something they are attentive and alleviate the problem right away. I also enjoy access to both gyms, the pool, the grills, the roof deck, the lobby space with couches, a pool table, a fireplace, plus a kitchen you can rent out for gatherings for up to 25 people. I love love living here! Great amenities, friendly staff and centrally located in the heart of downtown.
You better love trains, I mean the loud ones that came at night. Wish they had newer appliances. Other than that nice staff, okay neighbors, decent amenities and conveniently located downtown.
The staff is friendly and very prompt when addressing service orders. However, the light bulbs are very over priced and frequently go out. Other than that they do a great job of putting on events and making the environment fun! Side note: don't join the Nextdoor app. While the idea is nice, I've noticed it turns into a passive aggressive forum where people complain about others without solving anything.
I have enjoyed living here. This is my second year. Management is kind and responsive to concerns. Dog friendly community. Typical noise level for an apartment (plus an occasional train). I would recommend to others. Also great location for downtown activity.
Moved in beginning of feb and love it! Great staff who is always helpful. Can't best the amenities and the location! I walk everywhere 🚶🏼♀️😁
