Winston's Auto Repair is not a Bargain in the long run! Everything was great on a timing belt replacement until I took my car back a week later, with the check engine light on. The mechanic had overfilled the oil reservoir by two quarts!! All they would do was read the codes, reset the computer and say it was not a problem caused by overfilling the oil. Yet my internet research indicated just the opposite, and these people refused to admit to even overfilling the oil. Beware!
Execellent Customer Service and Pricing I have taken my car here several times and always have received great service and pricing. They saved me over 50% of what Elliott Tire was going to charge and probably $70% over dealer prices. Thanks Davey and crew!!!
Knowledgable and Fair! Winston's is a bunch of great guys who want to fix your car, not fleece you! They are honest in their quotes, let you know all the options so you can make an informed decision, and keep in good communication throughout the whole process. I'll go to these guys every time!
Great service I've taken 4 different vehicles in for service to Winston's auto this year. One of the vehicles needed major repairs. They communicated with us every step of the way. They went out of their way to help us save money by finding rebuilt parts. We have been very happy with the service at Winston's.
Finally - an honest mechanic As a single woman, I have had many repair shops try to take advantage of me. Ed at Winstons is very reliable and has gone out of his way to help me on several occassions. None of that business of quoting a price and then when you go to pick your vehicle up they've added a bunch of additional charges.
