Went on a tour a tour today to see a 2 bedroom apartment. Allyshia helped me and my sister so much. She had so much knowledge of these apartments, the community and schools. Thanks again😊
If you got trash credit or an eviction don't apply here. They'll tell you you're fine just to get an application fee. I specifically called asking these questions and they told me I wouldn't have any issues if I made enough.
I moved in April 2024. Since then I have had roach & mice problems. They’re in the walls. I’ve had all the holes plugged so I thought but they keep coming from somewhere. The wash house in my building was closed because none of them worked. The walls are super thin. The people who live above me have a baby & often I can hear it cry. I give it one star because the ladies in the leasing office are amazing.
