Moving out of state is already stressful, however Grace and the leasing department made this transition so smooth with getting my application in quickly, sending me link to the correct place to apply for certain components. Overall I am LOVING living in this area! It is BEAUTIFUL to say the least!
First , I love my unit . Second I’ve noticed more recently the leasing agents seem annoyed when you voice concerns or have an inquiry . Trash set in the corner of stairs for an entire week , it was pointless to send an email because no response typically and barely can get an answer via phone . When I emailed about dog poop on the stairs , I didn’t get a response . I walked in the office , the lady said “ Oh yea I think she saw that she will send an email on Wednesday to residents.” It was Monday and I sent the email the day... read more
