Tonight (7/2/19) around 2100 hours two teenage kids were at the register attempting to pay for their order at the Wawa on Berlin-Cross Keys Rd in Sicklerville, NJ. The kids were short by a few dollars and change and were now in the process of putting an item back so they would have enough money for the order. We take for granted these officers ride around in their cars and protect us ~ however, today 2 officers were assisting on North Grove after a large tree limb had fallen. In the pouring rain the officer block the street for safety and proceeded to remove it from the street is was blocking. Pitched in immediately instead of calling the dept. of public works. This occurred during the opening hour at school #2 and buses, parents transporting. Kudos to you gentlemen for assisting! You do the twp. proud.
