Very disappointed. Visiting St. Louis for the week, my husband and I were excited to try Winslow's Home for dinner. To start with, our waitress was quite hard to understand and rude giving us limited attention (being too busy chatting with her co-workers to offer very attentive service). The other waitress working in the restaurant was singing along (at full volume) and interpretive dancing to the atmospheric music being played... we didn't know we were in for a dinner AND a show. RecommendedReally enjoyed a fresh healthy lunch. Can’t wait to try all the yummy desserts. My goat cheese cookies were AWESOME!
I really love this place. Best Chicken Pot Pie I've ever had. When I am in the loop, (a few times a year), I like to stop in and purchase one to take home and bake for my family. I am highly disappointed when they are out. Great butternut squash soup and chocolate chip cookies too. I wish I could get the Chicken Pot Pies shipped to my doorstep!
