I’ve lived at Winslow House Apartments for 13 years. I LOVE hearing here because (1) the building and grounds are well maintained. If there’s a maintenance emergency it is responded to promptly. (2) The Leasing Manager (Ms Angel) responds positively to my questions or concerns with regards to my unit. She’s very personable. (3) I love to walk and Winslow House is located very close to the trails of Sligo Creek. (4) The residents are very diverse and friendly. I feel very safe living here.
Management is bad now and previous time as well. thought the new one will have a better set up but it no luck. the building is standard but everything has cost for trash, if you want a center room they have to charge you only cash by any means. the facility proved with free but they charge you with out the habitat awareness. their customer service is 0 no humanity i know most of us are coming from different culture and race and who ever coming that office taking advantage of it and also they don't want give you management ph... read more
