Problems and mistakes from the get-go so we hired a private inspector to protect our investment. The inspector brought to our attention that as of June 2022 Winslow did NOT have a General Contractor’s license in South Carolina!! We asked him about this and he said he let his license lapse a long time ago but “not to worry because I am borrowing a friends license”.
