Had the worst run in with one of the sales reps over the phone and just BMW in general. I talked to David explained to him my situation and that I wanted to trade in a car didn’t want to put anything down and told him my credit score. He called me back about 15 minutes later, laughed at my credit and my situation and said that I was in a “rough spot” and it would might be difficult to work with me. BUYER BEWARE. Took my car in for a manufacturer's recall and was presented with a list of repairs that needed to be done totaling nearly $3,000. This seemed weird given that the car was in the shop just a couple of weeks ago and only one of the things on the list had come up. I immediately took the car to my usual mechanics at Aspen Auto Repair, and they looked the car over.
