The care that I have received has been extraordinary. My Oncologist truly cares about me and my quality of life. The staff are always pleasant throughout the clinic. I am grateful to have them all on my team!
The staff as a whole lack empathy and nursing skills and the knowledge to take care of critical cancer patients. The Thoracic wing is totally unknowledgeable in taking care of the Esophageal Cance Patient. It was on this floor that none of the PA's followed through with calls of distress or even the attending surgeon. It was through the care or should I say the lack of care that led to my loved one's demise. Please check out other Cancer Care Institutes before trusting Windship with your loved one.
