Being a cancer patient is never easy...but, knowing there’s a place like Winship, where everyone is super nice...makes it very bearable. Thank you! ❤️

My wife is on a research study and frequently there is a process we follow; lab work which is fantastic, Dr Bilen’s office which is normally okay without too much waiting time, then the infusion center. I applaud the staff at the infusion center but apparently the pharmacy is either under staffed or in need of a complete overhaul, extremely slow in getting the IV mix to infusion center.

My husband is seeing Dr Force & Dr Kooby. Each visit has been an all day ordeal, but it's because of the tests that he has to have before surgery. We were seeing the doctors at Gwinnett Medical Cancer. Once he was through with the chemo, they were through with him. Emory got him in right away, and his surgery is scheduled for this month. Everyone there has been super helpful and concerned.

Soft-Tissue Sarcoma specialist surgeon Dr. Shervin Oskouei made me cancer-free on 8/4/2008, 10 years ago today, Radiation Oncologist Dr. Karen Godette made sure of it, and I'm still alive and kickin' in New Orleans thanks to the fabulous physicians at the Winship Cancer Institute of Emory University. Thanks!! Very grateful for your expertise and care! --Helen Sigur, 10-year survivor of high grade, undifferentiated, NOS soft tissue sarcoma.

I have been seeing Dr. Moore since being diagnosed with breast cancer in April 2018. He has been so wonderful to work with and always puts me at ease. I began chemo treatments in June and all the nurses in the infusion center are always so compassionate and helpful. I’ve been lucky to have Clark for all of my infusions so far and she is the sweetest!! I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking fr cancer care!!

If you are 80 plus years old, you don’t qualify for there research so they put you on maintenance care and hope you soon die! The worst care I have ever experienced! The BEST care has been with Roger Maris Cancer Ctr at Sanford hospital in Fargo ND. They are tops on care and personal interests no matter your age. Dr Alzoubi, my oncologist, was the one who found I have nonsecretive myeloma that doesn’t show up in blood work! Emory and Phoebe both based my care on my blood work which was totally inaccurate. Emory is not the pl... read more

The level of care and expertise I receive from Winship has been remarkable. I feel confident that my medical team, Dr. Christopher Flowers, Cecilia Rosand, and Ebony have my best interest at all times.
