Good doctors and good services. I have the long halls you have to walk down to see the doctor.
It is a hospital but they won’t let you use the restroom unless you’re a patient. What’s the point of a healthcare institution that refuse to attend to basic human healthcare needs. Rude and unhelpful front desk staff too. Why work in healthcare if you don’t care about the health needs of others?
Excellent experience every time I’ve walked into the winship cancer building. They have taken excellent care of my grandmother. I have accompanied her with every appointment and procedure. The doctors, nurses, security and everyone are so respectful and understanding. Nicole Schmitt MD has been so great to us and her. Love her. Jennifer Gross MD as well. I thank them for taking such great care of her and ensuring us that they can get it done.
