Dr Banks is very good at his craft and his motives are pure and ethical. I wish I could have better insurance so I could be covered and continue to see him. But he is so good at cleaning teeth that I decided to pay because it and he are worth it. My insurance is not going to stop me from seeing a professional who makes me feel good about myself, not scared and intimidated by other dentists I've had the misfortune of dealing with in 2025. Dr. Richard Banks is an excellent dentist. He takes his time to go over and explain things. He also is very gentle. I never felt any prick when he administered even the numbing needles. I don’t live near him, but it is well worth the drive from Village of Colonie to his office. Mary W.
