I've ordered two time this year and first time they forgot my order and second one on Valentine's Day never delivered.

I would like to give zero star for this store. On my birthday, my boyfriend ordered from Win’s flower but they forgot it. And today valentine day, he ordered again but there is no delivery until 10pm. It is so much ridiculous.
