Prepaid for parking at lot 348 and came back to my car with a parking notice asking me to pay over $100 as though I didn’t pay for parking. The notice gives you two days to pay. When you try to contact the lot attendant or the local Houston office no one answers the phone and the dispute email on the notice doesn’t work and sends Mail Delivery System Errors. Either this company screws over customers on purpose or the attendant has no idea what they are doing.
