I’m leaving this review here because I’m not sure where else to share my experience. Winpark is by far the worst parking company I’ve ever dealt with. First, they charge premium prices while providing subpar customer service. The garages themselves are fine, but dealing with the company has been an absolute nightmare. A week has not passed by now and my Bentley (MSRP around $250K) that Propark Mobility Valet crashed into another valet vehicle is still not fixed!!! I had a reservation New Year's Eve at Mastro’s Steakhouse, 1650 West Loop S, Houston, TX 77027. The reservation was at 430pm and left my Bentley with valet and it was parked in the front. Around 730pm when I left and requested my Bentley, valet (Alfredo) handed the key to a valet driver to get my Bentley.
