Although the Louise Western Apartments, offer good living standard of confort. Unfortunately, the level of professionalism, from the Property Manager at the Louise Western Apartments, in Washington DC, leaves much to be desired.
I am a resident at 86 Dekalb Ave, White Plains NY and have been living here for the past 18 years. Winn was bought here to manage the building by Denise Brooks (Current Director) after Mack Carter ( former director) was terminated a few years back. Winn has been managing this building for the past 7-9 years and we have had issues with everything you can think of since. After living at Thessalonica Court Apartments for over 30 years, located im the Bronx NY, I can honestly say that WinnResidential has not managed this property in the direction residents deserve. There have been ongoing management and staffing issues that have negatively impacted tenants. Some residents have been waiting more than three months for lease renewals.
