Horrible, horrible management especially for 120 lake street in white plains NY. I've furnished pictures in August of the refrigerator in apt 2E ( seal on the door hanging off and freezer door no longer staying shut.) that allows for frozen foods to melt and leaving a mess. Toilet seat was broken and was told that I had to replace it myself. The apartment door frame is VISIBLY damaged do to being breached by the police/fire dept. Rubio and Esmerelda have been great. They are helpful and anything or questions I had were quickly responded to. The maintenance crew have been quick to respond. The people I have met at coffee, happy hour or other events are nice to talk with.
I could complain about my experience coming into Guildhouse East, but I won’t because I have gratitude. When I first arrived here, someone sold some of my property. You know it was a bad feeling because I just didn’t feel like my belongings were actually put in the trash, knowing that someone was just moving in. I just can’t wrap my brain around it and believe it but it’s OK. It was material and like I said I’m grateful.
