After living at Thessalonica Court Apartments for over 30 years, located im the Bronx NY, I can honestly say that WinnResidential has not managed this property in the direction residents deserve. There have been ongoing management and staffing issues that have negatively impacted tenants. Some residents have been waiting more than three months for lease renewals. I have been living at Broadway Overlook for almost 3 years and it’s always a problem. I reached out to the corporate office as well as the property manager, and have not gotten any results. I live in Newberry Estates in Willamsport PA that this company now manages and it's been terrible loud noise all night long,made complaints to the property manager Katie Minnick and regional manager Ryan Hanrahan and nothing gets done.Called the Resident complaint line through their company was told would get a call back never recieved one.Unable to watch channels I pay for because I'm not able to hear my tv for the pounding and stomping and I turn it up the stomping and pounding gets louder.Was told by property manager to d... read more
