put a non inspection sticker on my vechile after I financed it not realizing. got it inspected $900.00 later. due to repairs
I consider myself a tough customer. Not only do I expect everything to be right on the vehicle, but I also expect a great price and friendly, extra mile service. This family owned business has put quality and service at the forefront of its culture. All without price gouging. The way they turn profit is by selling a lot of cars, which are sourced and prepared thoroughly so that the vehicles are "easier to sell than to find." The next time I need a good used car I will definitely begin my search at Winnisquam Auto.
Had my 2010 car less than 1.5 years when the engine blew! The place I brought it to said I had bought a ticking time bomb. I reached out to the dealership and all they wanted was for me to provide them with more and more info! I won't waste anymore time with the dealership. But DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!
We just bought our second car from Winnisquam Auto. We are very happy with our purchases and so are our teen age girls!
Bought my first vehicle that wasn't bought flat out (financed it with them) and have had a few issues with it within the first 2 weeks and they've been amazing helping me fix everything! I definitely recommend working with John he's helping me out with all the issues and troubleshooting one of them with me when the other work is done.
Just picked up my car from John. The Toyota Tundra will help me help others during the upcoming months. As usual, these guys had a great selection of cars and trucks in all price ranges and they provide the extra service which keeps me and my family coming back! Not sure, but this has to be at least the 10th car or truck we have bought from Winnisquam. Great family owned business! I know there have been a few negative reviews, but the truth is I don't understand where they are coming from. My friends and myself have had a great experience with them every time we need a new auto.
