Service staff are friendly and helpful
We just purchased a new Kia EV9 from Winnipeg Kia. We went to just browse the first day and Easton in sales helped us out. He never made us feel pressured or hurried. He was so knowledgeable and patient with our endless questions. After we decided to move forward with the EV9, he made the entire process so stress-free and easy. I called this Kia dealership to inquire about buying a brand new Kia K4, but the experience was disappointing right from the start. The salesman I spoke to had zero customer service skills, gave dead-end answers, no effort to be professional, and just seemed uninterested in actually helping. What completely put me off was him repeatedly asking me to email my driver’s license just to get a rough price estimate. That felt shady and unnecessary. If this is how they deal with potential buyers, I’ll take my business elsewhere.
Brutal service. Our kia needed a battery in February they said it would be 2 + weeks before they could do it, which is absolutely ridiculous. Called another place they took the vehicle information and the battery was installed the following morning, and for a $100 less. I called july 14/2025 for a no start issue, (not battery related) they said they can't take the vehicle in until July 31 which is absolutely bizzar!
