We bought a Sorento from this dealership in November 2024. The purchasing process was great, no issues and they were even able to come down on the price slightly to come closer to the top end of our budget. At the time of purchase, we had negotiated with the sales manager to get a spare key made at cost. super shady.. if you're going for oil consumption test .make sure it's documented on paper... they screwed us... car ran dry on oil well within warranty period. did 1 oil consumption test as it was gonna go over kms was assured by Brandon it will be taken care of with warranty if their is a issue. did 2 more test at 1600km ea which put us over warranty kms. then was told need a new engine and won't honor warranty... do not buy from them ...biggest scumbags I've ever come across!!! buyer beware!!!!
