I just called to reschedule a missed appointment at this location. It was the first appointment for my child at this location. The receptionist said they can’t reschedule an appointment because of too many no shows. Then, the line went dead. No call back. I don’t understand how there’s too many no shows, if it was my child’s first one at this location. I used to go to the one in Amherst on Sheridan Drive and loved it for my child. Both of my kids now have had tongue and lip ties that required correcting. I have nothing but amazing things to say about the team at the Winning Smiles East Amherst location. Dr. Mike is extremely knowledgeable and engages in a respectable and compassionate way. I highly recommend Winning Smiles and Dr. Mike to anyone!
We were warmly welcomed here. My son felt comfortable during his first visit and had a wonderful experience during his dental cleaning.
It was our first visit and everyone was wonderful. They are so great with the kids. Were very happy we chose this practice
Dentist was verry rude they tried billing me $300 for treatment that they gave that was not needed due to not obtaining medical records they are rude and would not recommend them
