I'm happy that they gave me a go but if you are not in the inner circle your never going anywhere. and the fact when you raise a problem and ask for it to be replaced you get laughed at and when you damage something and you get written up for it but a person from the inner circle can knock over a stack of fridges no incident report done . they say that their is no such thing as the inner circle management and supervisors make it embarrassingly obvious

Poor deliver service. We were home and the delivery person said they buzzed our unit and we were home so we would have seen him. Completely lied and said he came past. Then took 1 hour to call and get through to them and check what's going on. I called back within 20 mins and he never answered. Phone logs to prove it. Complete liers.

Avoid this outfit, they are dodgy. Spent $3000 on a TV and washing machine. TV turned up without the stand. Called and emailed these guys and they said they’d send a replacement, delivery promises come and go, nothing sent. Now when I call they tell me the “parts guy is on a break” and ignore me. They’re really rude, they told me it was Samsung’s fault for not packing the TV properly. I’m having to go through consumer rights to try to get my TV working or my money back.
